Enforcement Rules of Act for Establishment and Administration of Science Parks Article 11

The term "specifically defined in the master plan of the Hsinchu Science Park " as set forth in Paragraph One, Article 14 and the term "specific areas for science parks" as set forth in Article 15 of the Act shall refer to those specific area zoning plan(s) formulated by governmental authorities at various levels in support of the development of a science park and officially approved and published for implementation. The term "acquisition of land" as set forth in the same Articles hereinabove mentioned shall refer to the acquisition of the title to a piece of land or the right to use the same.
