Regulations Governing Arts and Cultural Procurements by Juridical Persons or Groups in Receipt of Government Grants Article 7
Juridical persons or groups that have received funding to engage in purchasing related to culture and the arts shall, in special cases or where necessary, engage in the following inspections of suppliers and keep a written record of said inspections:1. Professional abilities concerning contract performance;2. Project execution and distribution methods;3. Professional personnel, expertise, accomplishments, and ability to ensure contract performance;4. Price;5. Other items deemed necessary.

受補助之法人或團體辦理藝文採購，視採購案件之特性及實際需要，得對供應廠商就下列事項予以審查，並作成書面紀錄：
