Regulations for Approving and Supervising Cultural Public-interest Trusts Article 21

A trust supervisor resigning in accordance with Article 57 and Article 76 of the Law shall submit two copies of each of the following documents and apply with the competent authority:1. an application letter;2. a document stating the reason of resignation;3. a document stating the status of business management; and 5. an opinion with respect to the choice of a new trust supervisor.

信託監察人依本法第五十七條及第七十六條規定申請辭任者，應檢具下列文件一式二份向主管機關提出：
