Regulations for Approving and Supervising Cultural Public-interest Trusts Article 13

The trustee(s) shall submit two copies of each of the following documents to apply for the transfer of the entrusted properties to be the trustee(s)'s self-owned properties or for the establishment or acquisition of rights over the entrusted properties in accordance with Article 76 of the Law, which, due to a reason not avoidable by the trustee(s), has been approved by the court in advance:1. application letter;2. a document stating the reason for the transfer of the entrusted properties to become the trustee(s)'s self-owned properties or the establishment or acquisition of rights over the entrusted properties; and3. the properties to be obtained or the type and total amount of the rights to be established or obtained, and a document evidencing the price.
中文原文 文化公益信託許可及監督辦法第13條
受託人因有不得已事由，依本法第七十六條及第三十五條第一項第三款規定，申請許可將信託財產轉為自有財產或於該信託財產上設定或取得權利者，應檢具下列文件一式二份向主管機關提出：
一、申請書。
二、載明將信託財產轉為自有財產或於該信託財產上設定或取得權利理由之文件。
三、欲取得之財產或欲設定或取得之權利之種類、總額及價格證明文件。
