Regulations for Approving and Supervising Cultural Public-interest Trusts Article 12

The trustee(s) shall inform the competent authority in writing within one month if one of the following event occurs:1. the name, address, or occupation of the trustee(s) has been changed, or the name, representative, principle office, or business items of the juridical-person trustee(s) has been changed; or2. the trust supervisor or a member of the consultation committee has been changed, or the name, address, or occupation of the trust supervisor or the member of the consultation committee has been changed.

受託人有下列各款情事之一者，應於事實發生後一個月內，檢具第五條第一項第五款、第六款或第七款之文件，以書面通知主管機關：
一、受託人之姓名、住所或職業變更，或法人受託人之名稱、代表人、主事務所或業務項目變更者。
二、信託監察人、諮詢委員會委員變更，或信託監察人、諮詢委員會委員之姓名、住所或職業變更者。
