Culture and the Arts Reward and Promotion Act Article 12
The central supervisory authority shall draft guiding principles for contract of the hire of work and mandate to protect the rights and interests of culture and arts workers and promote the development of culture and arts enterprises.These guiding principles shall include the period of time that the contract is being reviewed, copyright agreements, broker authorizations, insurance, and other items that affect the rights and interests of culture and arts workers.

中央主管機關應訂定承攬、委任契約指導原則，保障文化藝術工作者權益及促進其文化藝術事業發展。
