The review committee shall convene at least once per year and may conduct ad-hoc meetings as needed. Committee members shall serve a term of two years and may be rehired.Where a committee member resigns or dies, or where the duties of a committee member representing an organization change, or where a committee member is unable to perform the duties of office, said committee member may be dismissed from office. The reviewing agency shall then hire a replacement whose term of office shall be the same as that of the original member.
