Public Television Act Article 40
The PTS Foundation shall assign ratings to programming broadcast on its television channels in accordance with related laws and regulations, or it shall take other related measures.At least half an hour each of programming for children and juveniles shall be scheduled between 17:00 and 20:00 hours daily from Monday through Friday. At least one hour each of programming for children and juveniles shall be broadcast on weekends and holidays, in time slots determined by PTS according to the daily routine of the children and juveniles.

公視基金會營運之各電視頻道，應就其播送之節目，依相關法令予以分級或採取相關措施。
週一至週五每日十七時至二十時之間，應安排兒童及少年節目至少各半小時；週末及假日應提供兒童及少年節目至少各一小時，其時段由電臺依兒童及少年之作息情況定之。
