Public Television Act Article 1
This Law is enacted to promote the effective development of public television, ensure that broadcast content conforms to the needs of a multicultural society, best utilize digital technology, and safeguard the citizens' freedom of expression and right to know, provide news and information services, advance the development of broadcast industry and democratic society, and enhance social wellbeing through diversified planning.
