Enforcement Rules of the Cultural Heritage Preservation Act Article 23
The scope of the vicinity of the land upon which monuments are erected under Article 38 of the Act includes the block of the land upon which monuments are erected and adjacent blocks separated by urban planning roads.The competent authorities may make necessary adjustments to the scope under the preceding Paragraph based on the block type, the status of the cadaster, environmental landscape, or local urban planning regulation.The block referred to in Paragraph 1 shall mean the land enclosed by borderlines of urban planning roads and permanently open space.

本法第三十八條所定古蹟定著土地之周邊，以古蹟定著土地所在街廓及隔都市計畫道路之相鄰街廓為範圍。
前項範圍，主管機關得就街廓型態、地籍現況、環境景觀或所在地都市計畫相關規定，進行必要之調整。
第一項所稱街廓，指以都市計畫道路境界線及永久性空地圍成之土地。
