Enforcement Rules of the Cultural Heritage Preservation Act Article 19

When implementing management and conservation of public monuments, historic buildings, commemorative buildings, and groups of buildings according to Article 21 Paragraph 2 of the Act, the classifications, current conditions, goals and requirements of management and conservation shall be taken into consideration.The implementation under the preceding paragraph shall be conducted in writing and reported along with its duration to the competent authorities for recordation.
