Act for Establishment of National Performing Arts Center Article 7
The Center shall establish a committee of supervisors with 3-5 seats, to be filled by the supervisory authority submitting candidates from the following for approval and appointment by the Premier of the Executive Yuan; the same shall apply for dismissals:1. Representatives of relates government authorities.2. Individuals with expertise in accounting, auditing, law, management and related fields.The supervisor shall elect one individual amongst themselves as the Executive Supervisors.

本中心設監事會，置監事三人至五人，由監督機關就下列人員遴選提請行政院院長聘任之；解聘時，亦同：
一、政府相關機關代表。
二、具會計、審計、稽核、法律或管理等相關學識經驗者。
監事應互選一人為常務監事。
