Act for Establishment of National Performing Arts Center Article 6
The Center shall establish a board of directors with 11-15 seats, to be filled by the supervisory authority submitting candidates from the following for approval and appointment by the Premier of the Executive Yuan. The same shall apply for dismissals:1. Representatives of related government authorities.2. Scholars and professionals in fields related to the performing arts.3. Individuals in the cultural and education field.4. Experts in the operation and management of private businesses, or independent members of the public.There shall be three directors from the category in Subparagraph 1of preceding Paragraph, and no more than four directors from each of the categories under Subparagraph 2-4.

本中心設董事會，置董事十一人至十五人，由監督機關就下列人員遴選提請行政院院長聘任之；解聘時，亦同：
一、政府相關機關代表。
二、表演藝術相關之學者、專家。
三、文化教育界人士。
四、民間企業經營、管理專家或社會公正人士。
前項第一款之董事三人，第二款至第四款之董事各不得逾四人。
