Organizational Act of the Taiwan Creative Content Agency Article 20

There shall be one President of the Agency. This person shall be proposed by the Chairperson and hired upon approval by the Board of Directors. The same procedure shall be followed for the President’s removal. The President shall be subject to the directions and supervision of the Board of Directors, and shall implement the Agency’s business, and shall attend Board of Directors meetings as a nonvoting member.Regulations governing Directors and the Chairman of the Board of Directors, namely those under Paragraphs 1 through 4 of Article 11, Paragraph 4 of Article 12, Article 17 and 18, Paragraph 2 and 3 of Article 21, and Paragraph 6 of Article 23, shall also apply to the President.
