CNA’s board should have 9 to 15 directors, with one of them the chairman. These directors should all be selected by the premier from among the following persons:1.Mass media experts and scholars2.Mass media workers3.Upstanding members in the communityNo more than half of the board’s directors can be members of any single political party.

本社設董事會，置董事九人至十五人，其中一人為董事長，均由行政院院長就左列人員遴聘之：

二、大眾傳播事業人員。
