Soil and Groundwater Pollution Remediation Act Enforcement Rules Article 18
The content of a clean-up or pollution control plan submitted pursuant to Article 19, Paragraph 1 of this Act shall include the following items:1. Basic information concerning submitter and polluted site.2. Explanation of pollution situation.3. Soil removal, backfilling, temporary storage, transport methods or groundwater extraction method, estimated quantity, and control measures:(1) If soil is to be handled off-site, the control plan must include the soil off-site handling method and facilities.(2) If soil backfilling is involved, the control plan must include the source of backfill soil and quality control methods.4. Plan implementation schedule.5. Pollution control strategy.6. Health and safety management.7. Emergency response methods.After completion of the plan in the foregoing paragraph, the results should be reported to the special municipality or county (city) competent authority.
中文原文 土壤及地下水污染整治法施行細則第18條
依本法第十九條第一項規定，提出之清理或污染防治計畫書，其內容應包括下列事項：
一、提出者及污染場址基本資料。
二、污染情況說明。
三、土壤挖除、回填、暫存、運輸或地下水抽出之方式、預估數量及管制措施：
（一）採行土壤離場處理者，應包含土壤離場之處理方式及設施。
（二）涉及土壤回填者，應包含回填土來源及品質管控方法。
四、計畫執行期程。
五、污染防治對策。
六、安全衛生管理。
七、緊急應變方式。
前項計畫於實施完成後，應將結果通知直轄市、縣（市）主管機關。
