Environmental Impact Assessment Enforcement Rules Article 39
The matters to be tracked by the industry competent authority pursuant to Article 18 of this Act are as follows.I. The matters the developer is requested to conduct when permission is granted.II. The implementation of the contents of the environmental impact statement and environmental impact assessment reports and competent authority review conclusion mattersIII. Other related environmental impact mattersThe competent authority shall be informed by letter of the implementation of the matters in the foregoing paragraph.

目的事業主管機關依本法第十八條所為之追蹤事項如下：
一、核發許可時要求開發單位辦理之事項。
二、開發單位執行環境影響說明書或評估書內容及主管機關審查結論事項。
三、其他相關環境影響事項。
前項執行情形，應函送主管機關。
