Environmental Impact Assessment Act Article 16-2
In the event that the competent authority of the target project revokes the development license document after the release of the conclusion of the environmental impact statement, the assessment statement or the report on difference analysis of the current environmental situation and review countermeasures, the review conclusion shall lose its validity.Provisions in the preceding paragraph shall apply to the environmental impact statement, assessment statement or report on difference analysis of the current environmental situation and review countermeasures that were released before the revision of the Act.

環境影響說明書、評估書或環境現況差異分析及對策檢討報告之審查結論公告後，開發單位遭目的事業主管機關廢止其開發許可文件者，審查結論失其效力。
