Public Nuisance Dispute Mediation Act Enforcement Rules Article 4
Copies of an application for mediation shall be provided to the counterpart or the elected parties.Should an application for mediation not conform with the format or lack information, the mediation committee may notify the applicant to make corrections within a certain period.Paragraph 1 shall apply to a reply submitted by the counterpart.
