Public Nuisance Dispute Mediation Act Enforcement Rules Article 35
When a party is applying for arbitration, that party may apply for the Arbitration Panel to decide that the fee paid pursuant to Article 43 of this Act be proportionately split between the parties or that it be borne by the counterpart.
