Regulations Governing the Employment of Environmental Agent Professional Technicians Article 16

Professional technicians who commit any of the following shall be subject to penalty in accordance with Article 51:I. Violation of Article 4, Subparagraph 5.II. Violation of Article 5, Subparagraph 3.III. Violation of Article 6, Subparagraph 5.IV. Violation of Article 8, Paragraph 2, for failing to submit a written report to special municipality, county, or city competent authorities for reference within 30 days after the date of resignation.V. Violation of any subparagraph in Article 13.
