Regulations Governing Accreditation and Management of Professional Response and Consulting Agencies (Organizations) for Toxic and Concerned Chemical Substances Environmental Incidents Article 1
These Regulations are enacted in accordance with provisions of Article 6, paragraph 2 and Article 37, paragraph 3 of the Toxic and Concerned Chemical Substances Control Act (hereinafter referred to as this Act).
