Toxic and Concerned Chemical Substances Transportation Management Regulations Article 9
During transport, the shipper shall carry the transport manifest for toxic or hazardous concerned chemical substances; corresponding material safety data sheets; transportation accident prevention and response documents; and safety equipment.In regard to the safety equipment described in the preceding paragraph, the handler shall, according to the material safety data sheets and hazard characteristics of the substance(s), prepare appropriate emergency response tools, equipment and personal protection equipment (PPE).

運送人於運送時，應攜帶該毒性或具危害性關注化學物質之運送表單、安全資料表、運送危害預防應變資料及安全裝備。
