Toxic and Concerned Chemical Substances Transportation Management Regulations Article 10
Shippers who transport by motor vehicle shall carry a temporary pass; the driver or escorting personnel shall have undergone professional training and carry certificates therefor.For transport by road, the container of the transported substances shall be equipped and transported in accordance with Article 84, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 10 and Subparagraph 11, of the Regulations Governing Road Traffic Safety.

運送人以公路運送者，其運送車輛應備有臨時通行證；其駕駛人或隨車護送人員應經專業訓練及攜帶證明書。
以公路運送者，其運送之容器應依道路交通安全規則第八十四條第一項第十款、第十一款之規定裝置及裝運。
