Resource Circulation Promotion Act Article 49
The competent authority or the industry competent authority shall collect review fees, certificate fees, or other regulatory fees for the review of applications submitted pursuant to this Act.The fee standards referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be prescribed by the central competent authority or the central industry competent authority.
