Renewable Resource Reuse Management Regulations Article 3
The MOENV may draft official announcements on reusable renewable resources in consideration of economic and technical feasibility assessment reports on the reuse of renewable resource submitted by a central industry competent authority, reuse industry competent authority, local competent authority, group, enterprise or individual (herein referred to as the "applicant").
