Drinking Water Management Act Enforcement Rules Article 4
The matters designated in this Act as the responsibility of county and city competent authorities are as follows.1. Planning and implementation of county and city drinking water management programs and plans2. Implementation of drinking water management laws and regulations and determination, interpretation and implementation of county and city drinking water management regulations3. Research and development and public awareness work for county and city drinking water management4. Monitoring and testing of county and city drinking water quality5. Implementation of county and city drinking water management survey work and compilation and reporting of statistical data6. Promotion and coordination of county and city drinking water management work7. Other county and city drinking water management matters

本條例所定縣（市）主管機關之主管事項如下：
一、縣（市）飲用水管理之實施方案與計畫之規劃及執行事項。
二、飲用水管理法規之執行與縣（市）飲用水管理規章之訂定、釋示及執行事項。
三、縣（市）飲用水管理之研究發展及宣導事項。
四、縣（市）飲用水水質之監測及檢驗事項。
五、執行飲用水管理調查及統計資料之製作及彙報事項。
六、縣（市）飲用水管理工作之推行及協調事項。
七、其他有關縣（市）飲用水管理事項。
