Drinking Water Management Act Article 21
Those that violate Article 6, Paragraph 1 shall be fined NT$60,000 to NT$600,000 and shall be notified of the prohibition of use of the water body as a drinking water source.

違反第六條第一項規定者，處新臺幣六萬元以上六十萬元以下罰鍰，並通知禁止作為飲用水水源。
