Standards for Reviewing Improvement Plans Regarding Drinking Water Source Quality or Water Treatment Article 5
The central competent authority shall review an improvement plan application in accordance with the following regulations:I. If the submitted documents or materials are incomplete or do not comply with regulations, after being notified to make corrections within a limited time period, the applicant fails to make corrections, or makes incomplete corrections, the application shall be rejected. However, those who request the central competent authority to approve an extension with legitimate cause before the deadline shall not be subject to this restriction.II. Inspection shall be completed within 60 days when the required documents and data have been submitted in full.III. The number of days for making corrections for each item shall not be added to the review period.

中央主管機關審核改善計畫之申請時，依下列規定為之：
一、應檢具之文件或資料有欠缺或不合規定者，應通知限期補正；屆期未補正者，予以退件。
但期限屆至前有正當理由報經中央主管機關核准展延者，不在此限。
二、應檢具之文件及資料齊備者，應於六十日內完成審核。
三、各項補正日數不計入審核期間內。
