Water Pollution Control Measures and Test Reporting Management Regulations Article 78

Enterprises or sewage system that discharge wastewater or sewage into the ocean through ocean outfall pipes shall have the following contents in their reports:I. The process facilities and production or service scales related to production of the wastewater or sewage and sludge on a monthly basis.II. The method for maintenance of the ocean outfall pipes and the frequency of the maintenance.III. The sampling points, frequencies, monitoring items, and monitoring results in marine environment.IV. Where wastewater or sewage pre-treatment facilities as set up, additional reports are required pursuant to Articles 73 to 75.
