Water Pollution Control Measures and Test Reporting Management Regulations Article 61
In the event that an enterprise or sewage system discharges wastewater or sewage into an irrigation channel, the enterprise or sewage system shall seek approval from the managing authority (agency) or owner of the irrigation channel before wastewater or sewage is discharged.In the event that the managing authority (agency) or owner of the irrigation channel in the preceding paragraph does not approve the discharge of wastewater or sewage, the competent authority shall be notified.
中文原文 水污染防治措施及檢測申報管理辦法第61條
事業或污水下水道系統之廢（污）水排入灌溉渠道者，應先取得灌溉渠道管理機關（構）或所有人同意，始得排入。
前項之管理機關（構）或所有人拒絕事業或污水下水道系統之廢（污）水排入時，應同時通知主管機關。
