The installation of automatic monitoring/surveillance facilities, electronic watt-hour meters and display sign boards In case of material violation or mandatory installation pursuant to the preceding Article shall be carried out in accordance with Table 2. The normal functions of the installations shall be maintained.In the event of malfunction of a display sign board installed due to major violation in accordance with Paragraph 2 of the preceding article, the situation shall be immediately reported by telephone or fax to the municipality or county (city) competent authority. The time of malfunction, the names and titles of the persons submitting and receiving the report shall be recorded.
