Water Pollution Control Measures and Test Reporting Management Regulations Article 114

The Regulations shall become effective as of the date of promulgation, except Article 49-1, Article 49-2, and Subparagraph 4 of Article 75 (I), which were amended and promulgated on Mar. 8, 2013. Article 49-1 became effective as of Jan. 1, 2015, while Article 49-2 and Subparagraph 4 of Article 75 (I) became effective as of July 1, 2013.The provisions of these Regulations amended and promulgated on January 20, 2025, and on [Date] 2026 shall take effect on the date of promulgation, unless a different effective date is specified.
