Steelmaking Industry Electric Arc Furnace Dioxin Control and Emission Standards Article 5
If the arithmetic mean, based on three samples of dioxin emissions of an electric arc furnace, exceeds the limit stated in the previous article, the dioxin emissions of that electric arc furnace shall be determined to be incompliant with these Standards.The interval between the first and third samples described in the previous paragraph shall not exceed one month. Each sample shall cover at least two operating cycles of the electric arc furnace.

電弧爐戴奧辛檢測應以三次算術平均值超過前條排放標準值時，即認定該電弧爐之戴奧辛排放不符合本標準之規定。
前項檢測，第一次採樣與第三次採樣時間間隔不得超過一個月，每次採樣時間應涵蓋電弧爐二爐次以上之操作循環。
