Regulations Governing Issuance, Revocation, and Cancellation of Emissions Certificate of Conformity for Diesel and Alternative Clean Fuel Engine Vehicles Article 4
The applicant using engine family as the basis to apply for a Certificate of Conformity shall abide by the following regulations:1. For domestically manufactured diesel vehicle, the manufacturer shall submit the application.2. For imported diesel vehicles, the diesel vehicle manufacturer's designated agent or association of importers shall submit the application.3. For imported diesel vehicles procured by various administrative agencies, the agencies shall submit the application by themselves or winning tenderers on their behalf.

申請人以引擎族為基本單位申請合格證明，應依下列規定為之：
一、國產柴油汽車製造者提出申請。
二、進口柴油汽車製造者指定代理人或進口商聯合組成之公會提出申請。
三、各級行政機關採購之進口柴油汽車，應自行或委託得標廠商提出申請。
