Vehicle changes referred to in Article 84 of this Act means one of the following circumstances:1. Transfer of ownership2. Change of registration3. Suspension of use4. Resumption of use5. Reporting as unserviceable6. Submission of license plate for cancellation7. Cancellation of license plate registration8. Other items designated by the transportation competent authority

本法第八十四條所稱辦理車輛異動，指有下列情形之一者：
一、過戶。
二、變更。
三、停駛。
四、復駛。
五、報廢。
六、繳銷牌照。
七、註銷牌照。
八、其他經交通主管機關規定之事項。
