Air Pollution Control Act Article 43
The central competent authority may commission other government agencies to periodically conduct the motor vehicle exhaust testing and pay a commission fee. The fee may be deducted from the fee of the motor vehicle exhaust testing,The central competent authority in conjunction with the central competent authority in charge of transportation and communications shall determine regulations for testing and treatment, and commission regulations for air pollutant emission of transportation vehicles and other binding matters.

中央主管機關得委託其他機關辦理汽車排氣定期檢驗，並支付委託費用，其費用得由汽車排氣檢驗費扣抵。
交通工具排放空氣污染物檢驗、處理、委託及其他應遵行事項之辦法，由中央主管機關會商中央交通主管機關定之。
