Regulations Governing Issuance, Revocation, and Cancellation of Compliance Certification for Gasoline and Alternative Clean Fuel Engine Vehicle Emissions Inspections Article 14
These provisions shall take effect on the date of promulgation, unless otherwise agreed upon separately.
