Institutional Long-Term Care Juridical Entities Act Article 29
A long-term care foundation shall voluntarily disclose the following information in the manner determined by the central competent authority. This rule shall also apply to any change in the disclosed information:1. Articles of endowment.2. Name of directors and Board Auditors.3. Annual business reports.4. Annual financial reports that have been submitted to the competent authority for recording purposes.5. Other information that is designated by the competent authority to be disclosed within a specified period for the necessity of public supervision.

長照機構財團法人應依中央主管機關公告之方式，主動公開下列資訊；其公開之事項變更者，亦同：
一、捐助章程。
二、董事及監察人姓名。
三、年度業務報告。
四、經主管機關備查之年度財務報告。
五、其他為利公眾監督之必要，經主管機關指定應限期公開之資訊。
