Institutional Long-Term Care Juridical Entities Act Article 21
Only institutional long-term care juridical entities that are established in accordance with this Act may use names that contain “ Institutional long-term care juridical entities” or similar names.The name of a institutional long-term care juridical entities shall not be identical to that of another institutional long-term care juridical entities or likely to cause confusion with any government agency or any other public interest organizations.The organizations established by ainstitutional long-term care juridical entities shall carry the name of the Institutional long-term care juridical entities.

依本條例設立之長照機構法人，始得使用長照機構法人或類似之名稱。
長照機構法人名稱，不得使用與他長照機構法人相同或易於使人誤認與政府機關、其他公益團體有關之名稱。
長照機構法人所設機構，應標示其長照機構法人名稱。
