Long-Term Care Services Act Article 64
Individual caregivers shall receive training designated and announced by the central competent authority.For foreigners who enter the country for the first time after the implementation of this Act and are employed by families of persons with disabilities to engage in caregiving work, the employer may apply for them to receive supplementary training as prescribed by the central competent authority.The regulations governing the course content, fee items, application procedures, and other matters to be complied with for the aforementioned supplementary training shall be determined by the central competent authority.

個人看護者，應接受中央主管機關公告指定之訓練。
於本法施行後初次入國之外國人，並受僱於失能者家庭從事看護工作者，雇主得為其申請接受中央主管機關所定之補充訓練。
前項補充訓練之課程內容、收費項目、申請程序及其他應遵行事項之辦法，由中央主管機關定之。
