Long-Term Care Services Act Article 58
A fine of between NT$3,000 and NT$15,000 shall be imposed for any of the following circumstances:1. A long-term care worker provides services without completing the registration process in accordance with Paragraph 1 of Article 19; or medical and social work professionals registered under other laws provide long-term care services without obtaining the prior consent of the competent authority.2. A long-term care worker provides services after the validity period of their certification has expired and without completing the renewal of said certification.

有下列情形之一者，處新臺幣三千元以上一萬五千元以下罰鍰：
一、長照人員未依第十九條第一項規定完成登錄程序，或依其他法令登錄之醫事人員及社工人員未報經主管機關同意，即提供長照服務。
二、長照人員證明效期屆滿，未完成證明之更新，提供長照服務。
