Long-Term Care Services Act Article 54

Any long-term care personnel who violate Article 20, any person-in-charge of a long-term care institution who violates Article 30, or any long-term care institution that violates Paragraph 1 of Article 43, shall be fined between NT$6,000 and NT$30,000 and ordered to rectify the violation within a specified time limit. If the violation is not rectified by the deadline and the circumstances are severe, a suspension of operations for a period of one month to one year shall be imposed.A long-term care institution that permits long-term care personnel to provide services without completing registration or obtaining the approval of the competent authority in accordance with Paragraph 1 of Article 19, shall be fined between NT$6,000 and NT$30,000.
