Long-Term Care Services Act Article 44
A long-term care institution and its personnel shall provide appropriate care and protection to service users. There shall be no acts of abandonment, physical or mental abuse, discrimination, injury, illegal restriction of personal freedom, or any other infringements upon the rights and interests of the service users.
