Long-Term Care Services Act Article 42
When providing long-term care services, a long-term care institution shall enter into a written contract with the service user, their family, or the party responsible for payment.Regarding the format and content of the aforementioned contract, the central competent authority shall establish a template for standard form contracts, as well as the mandatory and prohibitory provisions to be included therein.
