Long-Term Care Services Act Article 38
A long-term care institution shall supervise its registered long-term care personnel in the preparation of service records regarding all matters related to the long-term care services provided.Regarding the medical care portion of the aforementioned records, in addition to complying with the retention requirements of medical laws and regulations, the long-term care institution shall preserve such records for a minimum of seven years.

長照機構應督導其所屬登錄之長照人員，就其提供之長照服務有關事項製作紀錄。
前項紀錄有關醫事照護部分，除依醫事法令之規定保存外，應由該長照機構至少保存七年。
