Long-Term Care Services Act Article 35
The central competent authority shall provide pricing reference information for long-term care institutions by assisting local competent authorities in evaluating regional income levels, consumer price indices (CPI), and service quality.The fee items and amounts charged by a long-term care institution shall be submitted to the competent authority of the service location for review and approval; the same shall apply to any subsequent changes.
