Long-Term Care Services Act Article 34
Residential long-term care institutions and integrated long-term care institutions providing residential services shall maintain public accident liability insurance to ensure the safety and well-being of service users.The scope of coverage and minimum insurance amounts for the aforementioned insurance shall be determined by the central competent authority in consultation with the relevant industry authorities.

機構住宿式及設有機構住宿式服務之綜合式服務類長照機構，應投保公共意外責任險，確保長照服務使用者之生命安全。
