Long-Term Care Services Act Article 28
A long-term care institution shall not use any of the following names:1. A name identical to that of an institution whose establishment permit has been revoked, or an institution already authorized for establishment by the competent authority within the same special municipality, county, or city.2. A name that is likely to mislead the public into believing the institution is affiliated with a government agency or other non-profit/public welfare organizations.

長照機構不得使用下列名稱：
一、在同一直轄市或縣（市），與被廢止許可證明或已經主管機關許可設立之長照機構相同之名稱。
二、易使人誤認其與政府機關、其他公益團體有關之名稱。
