Long-Term Care Services Act Article 26
Long-term care institutions established by government agencies (or entities) shall be prefixed with the name of the respective agency (or entity). Those established by private entities shall be prefixed with the word 'Private'.A long-term care institution shall display its name in a conspicuous font at its premises in accordance with the preceding paragraph, and shall further specify the category of the institution and the scope of services provided.

長照機構由政府機關（構）設立者，應於長照機構前冠以該政府機關（構）之名稱；由民間設立者，應冠以私立二字。
